The project explored innovative ways to elevate customer engagement by introducing bespoke gifting moments, enhanced product storytelling, and interactive elements that transform gift wrapping into a memorable brand touchpoint. Designed as a scalable solution for year-round use, the concept establishes a new standard for in-store gifting while reinforcing La Mer's commitment to craftsmanship, luxury, and exceptional customer experiences.
